Read this before you apply. It takes a minute and saves everyone time.
A short run of sessions where you teach the men something you know, from crypto to marksmanship to fixing a carburetor. Real skill, hands on, a few weeks.
You're the leader. You show up to every session, you're prepared, and you see it through to the end. Men are signing up on your word.
One day of the week, either weekly or every other week, for a set number of sessions. Keeps it simple for the men to plan around.
Free is easiest. If there's a real cost, like range fees or materials, say so and why. Anything above free is reviewed before it's approved.
Nothing publishes automatically. We read every application, and approval is what sets your dates and puts it in front of the men.
